Minnesota Hockey District 15

District Tournaments are just around the corner.   All officials working playoff games must be level 3 officials and must have completed reqistration before January 1, 2010 to be eligible to be scheduled for games.

We also have 3 Regional tournaments in District 15 this year.  Bantam B in Walker, Bantam A in Fergus Falls and U14A in Morris.  The 3-official system must be used in Bantam A and U14A games.  The 2-official system will be used in the Bantam B games.

District 15 will also send 3 teams of officials (2 per team) to work State tournaments.  Bantam B in Bemidji, Pee Wee B in Roseau and 12UB in Warroad.  I will select those officials soon.

The new version of the Minnesota Hockey Game Report is now up and available.  Look for it @ MHOA.US.

Anytime you assess a game misconduct you MUST fill out a game report and send it to me.  It is very important that you complete the game report for me to track the offending player/coach to verify that the extra game penalty was served.

RULE 404(C)  A PLAYER OR TEAM OFFICIAL INCURRING A GAME MISCONDUCT PENALTY SHALL BE SUSPENDED FOR HIS TEAM'S NEXT GAME ALREADY APPEARING ON THE SCHEDULE OF THAT TEAM AT THE TIME OF THE INFRACTION, EXCEPT THAT WHEN SUCH PENALTY IS IMPOSED UNDER RULE 403(B) (SECOND MAJOR IN A GAME) THERE SHALL BE A MINIMUM TWO-GAME SUSPENSION.
